DOWNLOAD = My Secret Daily To Do List
DOWNLOAD = My Secret Daily To Do List People often ask me what my biggest secret to success is? I tell them that it's that I actually get stuff done. All to often people promise that they will do something, but many times fail to follow through. Salespeople are notorious for this! The reason why I succeeded in the mortgage business over a lot of other loan officers, is that I write everything down and am a BIG to-do list type. My chemistry teacher once told me to "think with your brain and remember with your pencil"...advice that has served me well over the years. Here are my secret daily to-do worksheets which have evolved over time incorporating my morning routine, a set of to-do action points, and a second page with nice-to-do's. I try to get all the to-do's done and if I can get to page 2 then I'll try. If not, no big deal because I know I've gotten all the important stuff out of the way. And when the next day arrives, I re-order my list and start over again. A simple system...yes. Foolproof even, I dare to say. Give my daily to-do worksheets a try and your skyrocketing income will tell the story. This resource is in Microsoft Word format. . . . >>>> READ MORE...

And it's no wonder that with organization success will follow. Here is a weekly to-do list I created to capture all of the small incidental things that come up during the week. Yes, I have a palm pilot thingie in my phone which I also use, but I'm not about to put grocery lists in there! I use this worksheet to write down important phonecalls to return on a certain day, chore items, even ideas that come up! Anything that I want to specifically make sure I get done during this current week goes on the worksheet. That way it isn't lost to distraction. It's one of my best kept secrets for organization. DOWNLOAD = Countdown To Success Quick List
DOWNLOAD = Countdown To Success Quick List Here's a great little goal sheet I use to keep myself on track with my sales. As a loan officer, you have a million distractions and time management is absolutely crucial. The only thing that counts in this business is results, and making sure you hit your monthly numbers is goal numero uno. Set your monthly target amount, then with each closed loan deduct your commission and see how much you have left. That way, instead of counting up you are counting down. And when you hit zero you'll know you've hit your goal! Congratulations! This resource is in Microsoft Word format. . . . >>>> READ MORE...
